Description:

Build and maintain a real-time conversational AI voice platform focusing on reliability, performance, and operational architecture.
Define SLIs/SLOs for availability, latency, and call quality; lead architectural work to reduce latency.

Requirements:

8+ years in SRE, DevOps, production engineering, or software engineering on production systems at scale.
1+ year experience with real-time voice systems (VoIP, SIP/RTP, WebRTC).
2+ years with AI agentic systems and orchestration pipelines.
Strong expertise in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Terraform.
Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java.
