5-7 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Platform Engineering within financial services or fintech.
Proficiency in CI/CD tools, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), scripting languages (Python, Bash), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible).
Strong collaboration, communication skills, and attention to detail.
