As a software engineer, you will work collaboratively to understand customer needs, design systems that solve real-world problems, and create exceptional product experiences.
The technology stack includes TypeScript for both frontend and backend, Postgres, and React, although prior experience with these technologies is not mandatory.
Responsibilities include owning the scoping, design, and development of product features, identifying and fixing bugs and technical debt, and collaborating with the Support team to resolve technical issues for customers.
Requirements:
Candidates must have a strong technical background with at least 7 years of experience as a software engineer and a minimum of 4 years of experience in building web application backends.
Experience in frontend development is advantageous but not a requirement.
Applicants should demonstrate thorough problem-solving skills to ensure the right solutions are built at the right time, and be willing to challenge ideas when necessary.
Designs should consider current and future needs, technical debt, and maintenance, with the ability to articulate tradeoffs clearly.
Candidates should be willing to share their knowledge and experience to help elevate their colleagues.
