Remote Software Engineer (Conversational AI Application Developer) Tech Lead

Description:

• Owns end-to-end solution design and technical direction for conversational AI applications.
• Bridges business requirements with hands-on execution, coordinating the development team.

Requirements:

• Academic degree in Computer Science, IT, Computational Linguistics, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of Java and/or JavaScript.
• Experience with automated dialog systems or IVRs and contact center platforms.
• Understanding of networking and telephony concepts (VoIP, SIP, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills in English, Portuguese, and Spanish.
• Proven leadership in coordinating technical delivery teams.
