Parloa is seeking a Software Engineer, GTM to build systems, tools, and workflows for the Go-To-Market organization.
The role involves designing and developing custom solutions to improve GTM operations, utilizing technologies like TypeScript, Node.js, Python, and AI tools.

Requirements:

Experience in building and maintaining high-quality software systems, with proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and Python.
Familiarity with AI-native development workflows and tools such as Claude, Cursor, or Codex.
Strong skills in API integration, version control, and CI/CD practices.
Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders and work in ambiguous environments.

Competitive salary range of $165,000 - $190,000 USD, structured as On-Target Earnings (OTE) with performance-based components and equity.
