Description:

  • Join Mitratech's AssureHire team as a Software Engineer I, focusing on customer-facing problem solving and hands-on development.
  • Resolve technical escalations, communicate with stakeholders, and implement code fixes across Ruby on Rails and Go backend stacks.

Requirements:

  • 0–2 years of professional software development experience (internships and substantial projects included).
  • Proficiency in Go; familiarity with Python is a plus.
  • Experience with relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Strong debugging skills and clear communication abilities.
  • Comfort with AI tools and Unix shell scripting.
  • Ownership mindset in resolving tickets.
