Description:
- Join Affirm's Data and Storage Services team to enhance data infrastructure for online checkout and analytics.
- Build and scale Cache Services (Redis and Valkey) to improve data migration, production, and operations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of software engineering experience with backend systems, proficient in Python or Kotlin.
- Familiarity with distributed systems, AWS, MySQL, Redis/Valkey, Terraform, and Kubernetes.
- Experience with production-level Redis or Valkey, understanding replication and persistence.
- Ability to automate infrastructure operations and handle on-call responsibilities.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication for collaboration.
