Description:

  • Join Omada Health's Enrollment team to enhance the member enrollment process from interest to activation.
  • Design and implement tools for eligibility verification, plan matching, and member activation, collaborating with Product and Marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in writing readable, tested, and efficient code.
  • Proficiency in Ruby (preferred) or Python, and experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL).
  • Experience in designing scalable APIs, understanding CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred).
  • Familiarity with AI coding agents and a willingness to learn new technologies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
