Remote Staff Software Engineer, Applied AI

Description:

• Join Parachute Health's incubator-style team to scale AI capabilities across the product ecosystem.
• Design and build LLM pipelines and full-stack product features, including Python/FastAPI and TypeScript/React applications.
• Strengthen evaluation frameworks and improve production observability for AI features.
• Collaborate with product teams to identify AI use cases and advise on AI/LLM solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in a startup or fast-paced environment.
• Strong full-stack web application experience in Python and experience with LLM workflows in production.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI-powered coding tools.
• Excellent communication skills and must reside in the U.S.
