Description:

  • Join a collaborative engineering team at Nexthink to evolve the Flow platform into an AI-native automation solution.
  • Contribute to backend product capabilities, distributed systems, and cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements:

  • 2-3+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in backend development.
  • Strong programming skills in Java and knowledge of APIs, databases, and backend architecture.
  • Experience with cloud environments, containers, and distributed systems is a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset are essential.
  • Interest in AI and automation technologies, with previous GenAI experience welcomed but not required.
