Description:

Join a new engineering-led production support function to debug complex product issues and improve system reliability.
Collaborate with engineers and support teams to address production challenges and implement long-term solutions.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Developer Support, or Technical Product Support, preferably in a B2B SaaS environment.
Familiarity with modern web technologies (TypeScript, React, Node.js, Python, GraphQL) and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
Experience debugging across various layers including frontend, APIs, and backend data flows.
Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven ability to ship code (PRs, fixes, and small features).
