Description:

Superis Labs is building a high-performance perpetual futures DEX on Solana.
The first production MVP is currently underway, and early team members will define core architecture and protocol design.
The company is fully backed by Ergonia, a crypto-native market-making firm with extensive experience in trading and building on Solana.
The role involves starting from a deliberately minimal core and iterating rapidly toward a full-featured mainnet exchange.
This is a high-ownership role focused on building production systems under aggressive timelines.
Responsibilities include building the core web trading interface, integrating Solana wallet flows, implementing low-latency data streaming, optimizing frontend performance, collaborating with team members, writing tests, maintaining documentation, and owning features end-to-end.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 3+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong proficiency with modern frontend frameworks such as React and TypeScript is required.
Experience in building complex, data-intensive web applications is necessary.
A strong attention to UI/UX detail is essential.
Familiarity with DeFi, trading, or financial applications is preferred.
An ownership mindset and comfort in an early-stage environment are important.
Strong English communication skills are required.
