Description:

Join the Corporate IT team as a Solution Architect for Microsoft Dynamics, translating business goals into end-to-end solutions within the MS-Dynamics-365 landscape.
Responsible for solution architecture and overall design across various systems (CRM, ERP, Dataverse).
Analyze and optimize existing processes and system landscapes focusing on scalability.
Evaluate requirements and participate in make-or-buy decisions using standards and best practices.
Recommend solutions considering sustainability, maintainability, and total cost of ownership while assessing technical and business risks.
Act as a sparring partner for business, product owners, and IT stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
Facilitate decision-making processes and workshops, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.

Requirements:

Completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Several years of professional experience in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment.
Strong knowledge in both CRM and ideally ERP areas of Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes and their representation in CRM and ERP systems.
Experience in solution architecture and handling integration scenarios, Dataverse, and connected systems.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and communicate them clearly.
Confident in engaging with management and IT at all levels.
Proficient in German and good command of English.
