Description:

Serve as a functional and technical expert in implementing ServiceNow’s Operations Technology Management (OTM) solutions.
Consult with customers to accelerate business outcomes and advocate for their needs within ServiceNow.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
Deep understanding of Operational Technology (OT) and ITOM ServiceNow modules, including event management and CMDB.
Familiarity with ICS/OT protocols and security frameworks (NERC CIP, NIST CSF).
Strong customer-centric mentality and ability to communicate complex concepts effectively.
Required ServiceNow Certifications: Certified System Administrator and at least 2 Certified Implementation Specialist certifications within 90 days.
