The role involves embedding with client teams to deliver systems directly, ensuring architecture reflects actual work processes.
Seeking a Senior Software Engineer or Solutions Architect with expertise in Python and Generative AI, emphasizing direct client communication and accountability.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in building and running production systems; hands-on experience is essential.
Proficiency in RAG systems and LLM-based workflows that are live and operational.
Backend development experience with Flask, Django REST, or FastAPI.
Recent hands-on experience with AWS services; GCP experience is a plus.
Strong Python skills, including OOP, design patterns, and performance optimization.
Experience with LLM APIs and strong testing practices (pytest, mocking).
Comfortable with direct client communication and engagement in underspecified projects.
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and AI/ML model deployment.
Proactive, self-directed, and fluent in English (B2+).
