Propel Software seeks a Senior Solution Architect to lead migration projects for PLM systems, ensuring seamless transitions and exceptional customer outcomes.
The role involves transforming engineering processes and data into efficient workflows within the Propel platform.

Requirements:

10+ years of experience with PLM or QMS systems, including full-cycle implementations and migrations.
Deep expertise in business process design and mapping from systems like Teamcenter, Windchill, and Agile PLM.
Strong project management skills with the ability to deliver complex migrations on tight timelines.
Outstanding communication skills for explaining technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Industry knowledge in manufacturing, medical devices, high-tech electronics, or semiconductor sectors.

Salary range of $185,000 - $200,000, plus participation in a company bonus program.
