Description:

  • Lead the development and execution of Engine's data privacy, AI governance, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and enhance customer experiences.
  • Design and implement automated workflows and frameworks for corporate compliance.
  • Provide strategic legal advisory to clients and internal partners.

Requirements:

  • 4–6 years of experience in privacy law, with a J.D. and active bar admission.
  • Deep knowledge of CCPA/CPRA, US state privacy laws, and FTC Section 5 standards.
  • Familiarity with privacy management platforms like OneTrust is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.
