Description:

Charger Logistics Inc. seeks a Sr. Data Scientist to develop, deploy, and scale ML and AI solutions for fleet analytics and logistics optimization.
The role involves hands-on production-grade ML, real-time analytics, and AI-driven decision systems on cloud platforms like Google Cloud, Kafka, and RisingWave.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
6+ years of experience in data science and machine learning/AI with production-grade solutions.
Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow, XGBoost, and LightGBM.
Advanced SQL skills and experience with Google Cloud, including Vertex AI and BigQuery.
Familiarity with streaming platforms (Kafka, RisingWave) and Snowflake.
Knowledge of anomaly detection, time-series forecasting, and applied statistical modeling.
Experience with ETL/orchestration tools like Matillion, Airflow, and Cloud Composer.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Certifications in Google Cloud or SnowPro® Advanced: Data Scientist are preferred.
