Description:

  • Senior-level individual contributor on the Engineering Enablement team, focusing on CI/CD infrastructure, AI development tooling, and sandbox environments.
  • Responsible for advancing MeridianLink's AI-native development program and driving adoption across engineering teams.
  • Hands-on role involving real code and infrastructure, with success measured by the speed of enabling others.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with independent feature and infrastructure delivery.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD systems (preferably GitLab CI/Jenkins) and LLM developer tooling.
  • Proficiency in Python or TypeScript, Kubernetes, Helm, and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Pulumi).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
