Remote Sr. Software Engineer, Site Reliability

Description:

• Join Bloomerang as a Senior Software Engineer in Site Reliability, focusing on improving product reliability, observability, and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate across application code, telemetry, databases, APIs, and infrastructure to diagnose production issues and enhance reliability.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience in Site Reliability Engineering with strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Proficient in SLIs, SLOs, observability, automation, and incident management.
• Strong programming, SQL, and debugging skills; familiarity with cloud-hosted applications and various technologies (PHP, .NET, Node.js).
• Experience with monitoring tools (Honeycomb, New Relic, Grafana, etc.) and AI-assisted tools in engineering workflows.
