Description:

  • Join Synctera to build core platform capabilities in Go for FinTech applications and embedded banking products.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of professional experience as a Software Engineer.
  • Proven experience building and operating production backend systems in Go.
  • Solid hands-on experience with PostgreSQL or another relational database.
  • Experience designing or maintaining event-driven or data-intensive systems.
  • Experience shipping customer-facing AI features to production.
  • Ability to work on a small team with high expectations for technical judgment.
