Remote Staff Agentic AI Engineer

Description:

• Senior individual contributor role focused on building the core agentic factory platform for customer-specific agents.
• Responsible for designing and implementing scalable, reliable agentic systems for enterprise automation and brand interaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics).
• 5-7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, applied machine learning, or AI systems development.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with production LLM or AI agent systems.
• Experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or similar frameworks for building production agents.
• Strong Python engineering skills and experience in AWS cloud environments.
• Familiarity with AI evaluation systems and agent architectures.
