Description:

  • Own the end-to-end technical relationship with enterprise customers, translating business challenges into AI solutions on the Moveworks Platform.
  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact throughout the implementation lifecycle, from solution design to launch.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Customer Success Engineer).
  • Proven track record of driving technical adoption with mid-to-large enterprise customers.
  • Experience with full-stack workflows and automations using REST APIs, iPaaS tools, or scripting languages.
  • Ability to lead projects and coordinate team members across departments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
