Requirements:

8+ years of AI/ML development with a successful product track record.
5+ years of deep experience in Python and 2+ years in a backend language (JavaScript, TypeScript, Java, or Go).
Hands-on experience with foundation models and designing evaluation pipelines.
Strong expertise in LLM integration patterns and AI orchestration frameworks.
Deep understanding of AIOps, data pipelines, and observability systems.
Effective communication skills and a Bachelor's degree in Machine Learning or related field.
