• Join Sayari as a Staff or Principal Applied Scientist in the AI Innovation Group, focusing on AI Evaluation and Trust.
• Lead the development of specialized judge models and evaluation frameworks for high-stakes AI systems.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of Machine Learning experience, particularly in Deep Neural Networks and model evaluation.
• 1-2+ years in post-training activities and 1+ year creating benchmarks for LLMs.
• Deep expertise in LLM-as-judge architectures, multi-turn evaluation, and Reinforcement Learning.
• Mastery of statistics, experimental design, and experience with Mixture-of-Experts systems.
• Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle from data collection to production deployment.
