Description:

- The Staff Backend Engineer will work on the IPC Engineering team to build and operate modular services using Python, Go, and Java, ensuring system reliability and scalability.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of backend software development experience, with proficiency in Go and Python; Java experience is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, API design, and cloud infrastructure (Kubernetes, Docker, GCP).
- Proven ability to build, deploy, and troubleshoot production services, and experience with AI coding tools integrated into daily workflow.
