As a Backend Staff Engineer, you will drive technical standards in the Last Mile Delivery domain, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the scaling of Backend engineers.

Requirements:

8+ years of experience in backend engineering with Node.js and Go.
Strong foundation in programming fundamentals and excellent communication skills.
Proven problem-solving abilities and experience with Git in a team environment.
Proficiency in writing testable code and unit tests; experience in a fast-growing startup is a bonus.
