Description:

  • HighLevel is an AI-powered, all-in-one white-label sales & marketing platform supporting over 2 million businesses globally.
  • The Staff Backend Engineer will focus on identity, access, auditing, notifications, and security foundations for a multi-tenant SaaS platform.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of backend engineering experience.
  • Proven experience in building secure, multi-tenant SaaS platforms.
  • Deep understanding of authorization models (RBAC, ABAC), OAuth2, JWT, API key systems, and security tradeoffs.
  • Strong system design skills for long-lived platforms and ability to own ambiguous, high-impact areas.
