Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years of data engineering experience, with 2+ years in a senior or staff role.
Proficiency in Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, dbt, and Python.
Experience with cloud data platforms (Azure preferred) and HIPAA compliance.
Strong communication skills and technical leadership abilities.
