Seeking a Staff Data Scientist to own the analytical strategy for Foodsmart's Member growth engine, focusing on marketing and product analytics.
Responsible for the end-to-end acquisition funnel and member-facing funnel, optimizing both marketing and product experiences.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field; Master's preferred.
8+ years of experience in data science/analytics with a focus on growth and lifecycle outcomes.
Expertise in experimentation, causal inference, and attribution modeling.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and dbt, with experience in product analytics instrumentation.
Strong communication skills to translate complex findings into actionable insights.
