Description:

  • Lead machine learning and decisioning systems for personalization, LTV prediction, and commercial optimization.
  • Design and scale causal measurement and personalization systems to balance customer value and partner economics.
  • Drive high-impact modeling initiatives and shape the technical direction of data science across the organization.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in applied machine learning, causal inference, or related fields.
  • Deep expertise in causal inference methodologies and experience building operational LTV models.
  • Strong software engineering skills in Python, SQL, and experience with modern data platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
