Description:

  • Join Jane as the first dedicated Data Scientist in the Growth team, reporting to the VP of Product Growth.
  • Build and connect data systems for usage events, product analytics, GTM data, and financial data to enable statistical modeling and analysis.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in a growth analytics role at a high-growth tech company.
  • Experience with event-level data pipelines and designing experiments, including sample size considerations.
  • Ability to conduct deep analysis and build predictive models independently.
  • Comfortable working in an evolving infrastructure environment.

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of $152,000 to $237,500, with most new hires starting at $180,500.
