Remote Staff Data Scientist - GTM

• Headway is seeking a Staff Data Scientist for Commercial GTM to lead data science initiatives for the commercial business.
• The role involves building a data science roadmap, conducting strategic analyses, and partnering with various leadership teams to drive insights and measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
• Significant go-to-market experience preferred; eagerness to build expertise is encouraged.
• Proven success in cross-functional partnerships with Commercial, Payer, Finance, Product, and Operations teams.
• Expertise in forecasting, causal inference, SQL, and proficiency in Python or R.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools for data workflows.
• Track record of influencing executive decisions with clear recommendations.
