Description:

  • Lead the technical strategy for Kindred's core product experience, focusing on Matching Optimization, Growth Flywheels, and Marketplace Health.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and leadership to define measurement strategies and guide product innovations.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a quantitative role, preferably in consumer tech or marketplace companies.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python/R, with experience in moving projects from concept to production-grade ML models.
  • Mastery of causal inference and experimental design, with the ability to measure product impact in networked environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills to simplify complex concepts and persuade stakeholders.
