Description:

  • Seeking a highly skilled Staff Database Engineer to enhance data storage and access for product teams.
  • Role involves leading migrations, building platforms, and driving significant changes to data infrastructure.
  • 100% remote position available in the US, Canada, Mexico, or Colombia.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with databases, OLTP access patterns, indexing, query optimization, and schema design.
  • Deep expertise with a major relational engine (Postgres preferred) and experience in workload migrations.
  • Strong software engineering skills, capable of writing and shipping production code.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication skills, and a strong sense of ownership.
