Description:

Join the Experience Team at ServiceNow to transform enterprise knowledge delivery using AI.
Design and build engineering infrastructure for AI-powered content creation, including automation pipelines and LLM integrations.

Requirements:

6+ years of experience with Java or similar OO language; strong JavaScript skills.
Experience with modern UI frameworks (Angular, React, Vue) and data structures/algorithms.
Familiarity with LLM APIs, content automation, and SaaS environments.
Strong communication skills and ability to manage projects with technical risks.
