Description:

  • Join Mitratech, a team focused on building innovative products for Legal, Risk, Compliance, and HR functions.
  • Work as a Senior Full Stack Engineer on a background screening and occupational health platform, handling features in a Rails monolith and Go microservices.

Requirements:

  • Strong production experience with B2B SaaS applications.
  • Proficient in Go or equivalent backend experience with HTTP services and concurrency.
  • Solid PostgreSQL skills and relational data modeling instincts.
  • Experience building and consuming REST APIs and third-party integrations.
  • Comfortable with server-rendered frontends (ERB/HTML/CSS) and writing well-tested code.
