The company is seeking a Staff Full Stack Software Engineer (Web3) with experience in building modern web applications and scalable backend systems.
The role involves designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions, including integrating Web3 functionality such as wallet connections and on-chain/off-chain interactions.
The candidate will work closely with Engineering and Product teams across North America, Europe, and India.
Responsibilities include designing and operating production-grade Web3 systems, owning features end-to-end, leading complex workflows, partnering with teams to create technical solutions, improving system reliability and performance, mentoring engineers, and influencing the technical roadmap.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 8+ years of professional experience as a Full-stack Web3 Engineer with production experience across frontend, backend, and on-chain components.
Hands-on experience with Web3 building blocks, including wallet integrations, dApp development, and payment flows is required.
Familiarity with DeFi primitives such as DEXs, swaps, and trading platforms is necessary.
Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., TypeScript, React, Redux), backend services (e.g., C#, Node.js, Go, Java), and smart contracts (e.g., Solidity) is expected.
A strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle and a security-first mindset when designing Web3 systems is essential.
Candidates should have solid fundamentals in building scalable, reliable, and observable distributed systems.
Frontend-leaning or backend-leaning profiles are welcome, provided they have experience shipping Web3-enabled systems in production.
