Remote Staff Fullstack Engineer, Avatars

Description:

• Work on end-to-end product features across the Avatars and Generative Media domain.
• Design and deliver features combining frontend, backend, and AI model capabilities.
• Take ownership of features from idea through to production, working with loosely defined requirements.
• Collaborate closely with product and design teams to translate user problems into experiments and features.

Requirements:

• Experience building and shipping full-stack product features end-to-end in production environments.
• Comfortable working across both frontend and backend, independently delivering features.
• Strong product mindset with the ability to define scope and iterate towards user value solutions.
• Experience in 0 to 1 environments, experimenting and prototyping quickly.
• Ability to evaluate technical feasibility and make pragmatic trade-offs.
• Care for reliability and user experience in real-world usage.
• Willingness to debug and work across the stack.
• Experience with AI or ML-powered products is a plus but not required.
