Description:

Cint is seeking a Staff MLOps Engineer to manage the AI/ML platform, focusing initially on the Synthetic Data Platform and expanding to other AI/ML initiatives.
The role involves reviewing and potentially rebuilding the current setup, building a shared AI/ML platform, and overseeing the full ML lifecycle.

Requirements:

Experience in assessing and improving AI/ML training and serving setups.
Proficiency in building training infrastructure, model registries, and serving layers.
Familiarity with Databricks, Unity Catalog, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java, and experience with Terraform.
Deep understanding of ML platform architecture and engineering best practices.
Ability to mentor and lead technical teams, with a focus on pragmatic decision-making regarding technology adoption.

Flexible working arrangements with a preference for Prague, but remote work from Germany, Spain, or the UK is possible.
