Description:
- Own the AI/ML platform at Cint, focusing on the Synthetic Data Platform and broader AI/ML initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Infrastructure and Data Engineering organization and the AI/ML team in Prague.
Requirements:
- Experience in assessing and building AI/ML training and serving setups.
- Proficient in Databricks, Unity Catalog, Kubernetes, and cloud environments (AWS preferred).
- Strong programming skills in Python, Scala, or Java, with knowledge of Terraform.
- Deep understanding of ML platform architecture, observability, and cost-effective practices.
- Proven leadership in mentoring and driving AI tooling adoption.
