Description:
- Join GitLab as a Staff Security Engineer focusing on Identity and Access Management (IAM) within the Corporate Security Identity Team.
- Design and implement sophisticated identity solutions and governance frameworks for AI and non-human identities, enhancing secure access for the workforce.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in IAM, particularly at a Staff or senior IC level.
- Expert-level knowledge of Okta, including advanced authentication policies and API automation.
- Strong skills in infrastructure-as-code with Terraform/OpenTofu/Pulumi.
- Proficiency in Python for developing modular, tested, and deployed services.
- Deep understanding of cloud identity in GCP and/or AWS, including IAM policy models.
- Experience with enterprise AI platforms and awareness of AI-specific risks.
- Familiarity with IGA platforms and compliance frameworks.
