Description:

Lead the Product Security team at Jane, collaborating with developers to enhance software security for over 70,000 clinics.
Identify themes in AppSec findings to implement architectural fixes and lead security projects, including private package repositories and SCA tooling.
Integrate AI into security processes for vulnerability analysis and draft fixes.
Build relationships with developers to promote secure development practices and mentor team members.

Requirements:

Staff-level application security experience with a focus on end-to-end security initiatives.
Strong development background, preferably in Ruby on Rails, with familiarity in Python, Java, or C#.
Proven ability to identify systemic vulnerability patterns and drive architectural changes.
Excellent relationship-building skills with developers and stakeholders, able to communicate security risks effectively.
Hands-on experience with AI in security, including automation and securing AI features.

Competitive salary range of $158,400 to $247,500, with most new hires starting at $188,100.
