Description:

  • Lead the identification and delivery of complex software solutions on the Banking and Money Movement Team.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery across multi-component systems and initiatives, taking ownership of projects aligned to quarterly goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-impact outcomes and ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in backend engineering with a strong foundation in system design and architecture.
  • 3+ years of experience in payments or the FinTech space.
  • Proven experience leading technical projects and teams, with expertise in backend technologies (e.g., Java, Python) and relational databases.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to mentor less-experienced engineers.
