Description:

Modern Health is a mental health benefits platform for employers, providing access to various mental health resources.
The Staff Software Engineer will work on the Care Journey team, focusing on creating an adaptive care experience and improving onboarding, assessments, and care recommendations.

Requirements:

8+ years of software development experience, with 2+ years in full-stack web development (React, JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native, Python).
Experience with GraphQL APIs, relational databases (PostgreSQL), and leading large projects.
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Must be able to maintain work authorization without employer sponsorship.
