Mentor engineers and foster a strong engineering culture focused on continuous learning and technical excellence.
Own and drive multi-quarter technical projects, balancing speed and quality while measuring the business impact of technical work.

Requirements:

You must have 8-12 years of experience in backend or full-stack software development, with a proven track record in service-oriented architectures and large data systems.
Demonstrated architectural experience in designing and implementing scalable, distributed systems, including microservices and event-driven architectures is required.
A strong leadership track record in driving technical direction for significant, cross-functional projects is essential.
Proficiency in cloud platforms (preferably AWS) is necessary, including hands-on experience with infrastructure design and deployment pipelines.
You should have deep expertise in designing and optimizing data-intensive applications involving large-scale data movement and transformation.
Proven production operations experience in distributed systems, including observability and incident response, is required.
Experience in aligning technical decisions with business objectives and communicating complex trade-offs to stakeholders is essential.

The expected base salary range for this role is $180,000 - $215,000 per year.
This role is eligible for a discretionary performance bonus and equity options.
