Description:

Serve as a Staff Solutions Engineer at Kong, focusing on API and AI connectivity.
Support field sales by helping customers understand the value of the Kong platform and grow trusted client relationships throughout the sales lifecycle.
Ensure customer satisfaction, coordinate with support and engineering teams, and create technical documentation.
Contribute to marketing efforts through blogs, webinars, and participation in events.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in software engineering and/or sales engineering management in SaaS, Open Source, or Enterprise Software.
Strong understanding of cloud computing trends and open source business models.
Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to lead discussions with Product Managers, Engineers, and Executives.
Experience with Docker/Kubernetes, APIs, CI/CD automation frameworks, and AI technologies.
Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced startup culture.
