Senior technical leader responsible for executing Elite’s product and platform roadmap.
Combines engineering expertise with leadership to guide architecture decisions and mentor engineers.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
12+ years of professional software development experience with complex, scalable applications.
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft stack (C# /.NET Core and Angular).
Strong experience with Azure cloud services and distributed systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Terraform, Azure DevOps, and modern DevOps practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities.
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.; no sponsorship provided.
