Remote Tech Lead - Fullstack JS/TS

• The ambition is to become a world-class giant in Sales Tech.
• The role is for a Tech Lead or Senior Fullstack JavaScript Developer, starting as a Senior Developer and evolving into a Tech Lead position after 3-6 months based on performance.
• Responsibilities include designing, building, and shipping features across frontend and backend, improving performance, mentoring peers, and driving delivery.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 7+ years of experience in JavaScript (frontend + backend).
• Solid skills in Node.js, React, and MongoDB are required.
• A proven track record of building and maintaining web applications is essential.
• Candidates should have a strong desire to learn more, particularly around JavaScript and TypeScript.
• The ideal candidate should be autonomous, a fast learner, and collaborative.
• Fluency in both French and English is required, and candidates must be based in the French timezone (+/- 2h).
• Nice to have: experience in a B2B SaaS startup, familiarity with Meteor.js or real-time apps, self-taught hacker or side-project builder, and a passion for experimenting and creating beyond work.

• The starting salary as a Senior Developer is €65-70K fixed plus a €15K bonus, and as a Tech Lead, it is €75K fixed plus a €15K bonus.
