Description:

Hands-on technical leadership role focused on core infrastructure, ledger, and settlement service.
Responsible for platform architecture, integration discipline, and client relationship management.

Requirements:

Senior experience in building financial, exchange, trading, or ledgered systems with a focus on correctness and auditability.
Strong command of double-entry accounting systems, event sourcing, and CQRS practices.
Proficient in PostgreSQL, AWS (EKS, RDS), Terraform, and TypeScript/Node.js.
Experience leading small senior teams and managing stakeholder communication.
Familiarity with regulated product paths (KYC/AML, SOC 2) and observability tools (Datadog, PagerDuty).
